Bosa delightfully recounts his halftime motivational message to 49ers.

The city of Santa Cruz — After falling down in the first half, the 49ers rallied to defeat the Detroit Lions 34–31 at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday, securing their spot in Super Bowl LVIII.

At halftime, down 24-7, Nick Bosa was aware that his defense had to step up its game. Explosive aerial and ground plays were the hallmark of the Lions' dominance on the field. After the game, the All-Pro defensive end recalled what happened in the locker room during halftime.

Bosa paused to sigh as he claimed to have been on the ground with a heat pack on his back, yelling weird things in an attempt to attract attention.

Just so you know, there's still a ton more football remaining. We tweaked it a little. Just finish the first read, I told you, and we'll be home in no time. We accomplished it as a team.

Jared Goff, the quarterback for the Detroit Lions, completed 13 of 20 passes for 145 yards in the first half, and three running backs for the team rushed for 148 yards.

The defense and Bosa were aware of their team's ability to play more solidly, but it was never going to happen.

According to Bosa, "there's so much football left," and he was only attempting to rally the team

If we could only get off the field, our offense could get going, and we could score goals quickly.
