Dusty Baker is expected to step down from his role as the Astros’ manager, according to a report.
Baker has “expressed to multiple people” that 2023 will be his last season managing the Astros, according to Brittany Ghiroli and Chandler Rome of The Athletic.
The report states that the looming decision does not mean Baker is retiring. The report indicates that Baker wants to “remain in the game in some capacity.”
