Starbucks' 2023 Fall Menu Drops Tomorrow

Fall has arrived at Starbucks, even though it's August. For the 20th year, fans may purchase the Pumpkin Spice Latte (or "PSL") on Aug. 24. However, the coffee giant will also offer new and returning fall treats to honor the season.

What's new?

Starbucks' Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte is based on a customer and staff favorite. This drink has spiced chai, pumpkin cream cold foam, and pumpkin spice dust.

The Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is a twist on the chain's popular Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. This has apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar in Starbucks' Blonde Espresso. Shaken and topped with oat milk.

Starbucks' Baked Apple Croissant is a new seasonal snack. Two classic baked items are combined in this innovative croissant dough with warm apple pie filling and sugar.

Starbucks Reserve will offer fall food and drinks for the first time this year. The Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Iced Latte, Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini, and Pumpkin Maritozzo and Pumpkin Spice Cake from Princi are examples.

What's coming back?

Starbucks is bringing back two fall favorites in addition to the PSL. Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew returns for the sixth year. Starbucks' cold brew and vanilla syrup are topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice dust.

Also available: Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato. Last year, this fall dessert-inspired coffee drink included espresso, apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar with a spiced apple drizzle. Like the PSL, it may be hot, iced, or blended.

Fall menu items returning to Starbucks include Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Owl Cake Pop.
