Side view Regain downward dog. Crawl to your hands and stand. Side lunge backward: Your right leg is bent at a 90-degree angle, your left leg is straight out, and your trunk and head are looking left.

Boat pose Kneel with feet flat on the mat. While straightening your legs, lean back from the hips.

Lay on your back and bend your knees to bring your heels to your backside. Push onto your feet and palms to elevate your mid-body toward the ceiling. Hold.
